Join the Product Operations team to help mature and enhance a disciplined change management function that enables the Product, Experience and Technology (PXT) organization to consistently adopt new ways of working.

As a Product Operations Vice President on the Product Change Management team, you will lead, define, and improve a repeatable framework that promotes sustained adoption, promotes transparency, and embeds continuous feedback. You will serve as a pillar lead, owning a portfolio of change initiatives and partnering directly with change owners and key stakeholders to translate business priorities into an integrated change strategy. Leveraging change management principles, you will help the community understand, prepare for, and champion change — ultimately strengthening adoption and enhancing the overall product operating model. Bring you deep experience in organizational change management, Operating Model  and  AI-enabled transformation, stakeholder engagement, communications, training strategy, change impact assessment, adoption strategy, and implementation support — along with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver complex engagements in a fast-paced financial services environment. 

As part of the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization, you will help provide critical cross line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy, and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of the Future State Change Management Office and Change Strategy for the PXT community; develop and maintain change management plans, roadmaps, impact analyses, readiness assessments, resistance management approaches, and adoption plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior PXT stakeholders and executive sponsors, building strong relationships with line of business heads to provide strategic guidance throughout transformation engagements.
  • Manage a portfolio of large-scale change initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver through the end-to-end change management lifecycle with consistent stakeholder engagement.
  • Orchestrate timely completion of change programs; monitor execution, identify and resolve risks and issues, and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and implemented.
  • Develop key planning artifacts — project plans, impact assessments, communications plans, and training plans — to enable disciplined, thoughtful execution.
  • Partner with Senior Management to drive cross-functional programs; facilitate and arbitrate complex topics across stakeholder groups.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, and frontline audiences; produce polished executive-ready deliverables, deliver regular status updates, and continuously refine strategies based on stakeholder feedback to drive adoption.
  • ·Lead change management for AI adoption initiatives, partnering with stream leads on digital ways of working, process change, operating model impacts, and user adoption.
  • Integrate AI and generative AI tools into change management methodologies; develop AI-enabled playbooks and reusable accelerators to strengthen the function's capabilities.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in AI, workforce transformation, and implementation readiness; serve as an internal and external thought leader.
  • Potentially Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of change practitioners; accountable for performance management, career planning, coaching, quality review, and delivery oversight.

 

Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities: 

  • 7+ years of experience relevant experience across Enterprise Change Management, Organizational Change Management, Project Management in the financial services industry, successfully managing large-scale transformation and change programs.

  • Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled transformation and technology implementation engagements, including AII adoption, digital ways of working, process change, and operating model impacts.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated effectiveness engaging at senior management levels across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to develop and clearly communicate polished, senior stakeholder-ready deliverables to the PXT leadership and project teams.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to pose future scenarios, discuss multiple aspects and impacts of complex issues, and project them into the future.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving positive, sustained change, including leading teams of consultants or change practitioners.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous, matrixed environments and defining direction.

  • Experience in People Management, career planning, and talent development.

  • Proficiency with digital adoption platforms, AI/generative AI tools, and structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, ACMP, Kotter).

 

Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities: 

  • Master’s degree in organization design or MBA, and change management certification (Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent);PMP - a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience at a Big 4 or top-tier Management Consulting firm within the banking industry.

  • This role requires the ability to physically work in our offices few days a week.
