What We’re Looking For 

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Operations Manager to join our team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. It is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they can trade hats day to day acting as the glue for the product team, supporting its health with processes and tools, and acting as the connective tissue between product and all stakeholder departments. They will be tenacious in their willingness to continuously learn methodology to support their own work and contribute to the product operations processes that the whole team uses. Their involvement in the product team will include product go-to-market coordination, selection of, standards around, and maintenance of product tools, best practices and processes for the team, continuous learning opportunities for the team, cross-functional and customer communications, proper care and feeding of customer feedback loops, and coordination of external partnership activities. These activities will necessitate curiosity, excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a highly detailed orientation towards delivering a best-in-class user experience.  
Key Responsibilities  

  • Supporting the operations of the product team by partnering with product leadership to define and execute on the management of product processes and product tools. 
  • Lead GTM and product end of life activities across the product team and with stakeholders including recurring meetings, customer segmentation, and go live activities with engineering. 
  • Coordinating cross functional testing and sign off procedures and at times, participating in hands on testing with product for critical launches. 
  • Creating and distributing internal and customer facing product communications including release notes, product announcements/launches, product walk throughs, top level roadmap and related presentations etc.  
  • Managing product feedback channels and tools also including, at times, speaking directly to customers to conduct research and support feedback loops.  
  • Fostering a strong relationship with sales, training, and support through frequent communication and solid processes. 
  • Bring product best practices and continuous learning opportunities to the product team. 
  • Manage product team tooling including changes to those tools, vendor relations, billing, etc.  
  • Work with prospective and actual partners to coordinate activities in support of forming and maintaining those partnerships. 
  • Extract data, build reporting, and conduct analysis to support decision making.
Requirements

About You

  • Highly motivated and results-driven self-starter, operating with a sense of urgency and bias to action. 
  • Ability to contextualize impacts and outcomes your work will have on the customer. 
  • Ability to explain topics to a variety of audiences, from internal stakeholders and engineering to external customers, in addition to solid communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Analytical approach with the ability to use or learn product analytics tools to report on critical metrics to track performance. 
  • Understanding or past usage of tools such as Jira, Pendo, Hey Marvin, Hubspot, and Salesforce. 

Nice-to-Have Experience 

  • Experience in a SaaS product operations or manager role in an agile environment. 
  • Basic SQL knowledge and ability to write simple queries. 
  • Prior experience with real estate technology and especially property management is highly preferred.
