About the Team
FedEx Digital Solutions is focused on building and bringing technology, data and digital products to market for customers across industries. The Product Marketing team plays a critical role in translating complex capabilities into clear market narratives, differentiated positioning, customer-facing stories and sales enablement.
Our portfolio spans a wide range of products, platforms and customer needs across commerce, visibility, global trade, data, developer tools, post-purchase experiences and industry-specific solutions. As we expand support across priority industries like automotive, telecom, aerospace and AIDC, we need product marketers who are curious, adaptable and able to quickly learn new markets, connect product value to customer pain points and create materials that help Sales and customers understand why our solutions matter.
About the Role
The Product Marketing Specialist / Sr. Product Marketing Specialist will support product marketing across the FedEx Digital Solutions portfolio, helping develop the messaging, positioning, collateral and insights needed to bring products and industry solutions to market.
This role is ideal for a flexible product marketer who is excited to learn across multiple products, industries and customer segments. You will partner with Product, Commercial, Sales, Sales Enablement, Content, Growth, Brand and Legal to understand product capabilities, customer needs and market dynamics — then turn that information into clear, compelling stories.
Success in this role requires strong writing, curiosity, strategic thinking and the ability to simplify complexity. This person should be comfortable learning quickly, asking thoughtful questions and creating materials that connect product capabilities to business value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Messaging and Positioning
- Translate product capabilities, customer pain points and market context into clear messaging, positioning and value propositions.
- Support product and portfolio narratives that connect features to business outcomes across customer segments and emerging industry priorities.

Create Sales and Customer-Facing Materials
- Develop core Product Marketing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, talking points, battlecards, messaging guides and internal enablement materials.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure sellers have clear, accurate and actionable materials.
- Create customer-facing stories that simplify complex products and highlight FedEx Digital Solutions' value.
Build Market and Customer Understanding
- Build a strong understanding of assigned products, target customers, industry needs and competitive dynamics over time.
- Support ICP, persona, use case and voice-of-customer work to strengthen product narratives.
- Gather and apply customer, seller and market insights to improve messaging, collateral and enablement.
Develop Customer Proof Points and Case Studies
- Partner with Sales, Product and customers to identify strong success stories, use cases and proof points.
- Develop case studies, customer stories and internal win summaries that show measurable value and real-world impact.
- Use customer examples to strengthen sales conversations, external storytelling and industry-specific positioning.
Support Portfolio and Industry Priorities
- Work across a broad portfolio of digital solutions, including commerce, visibility, trade, data, developer tools and industry-specific offerings.
- Support positioning and content for priority verticals such as ecommerce, automotive, telecom, aerospace and AIDC, with a focus on learning industry needs and translating them into clear value stories.
- Identify common customer pain points and value themes that can be reused across products, industries and sales motions.
Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, sales enablement, content marketing, product, consulting or a related role.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling messaging.
- Ability to understand technical, operational or data-driven products and translate them into customer value.
- Experience developing sales or customer-facing materials such as decks, one-pagers, FAQs, messaging guides or enablement content.

- Curiosity and confidence asking questions to clarify product details, customer needs and business value.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt as priorities, products and timelines shift.
- Experience with B2B technology, SaaS, logistics, ecommerce, data products, supply chain or enterprise software preferred.
- Familiarity with vertical marketing, especially automotive, telecom, aerospace, manufacturing or AIDC, is a plus.
