This is a rare, foundational opportunity to join Luma as a Product Marketing Manager, Industry, acting as the go-to-market pioneer of the next creative frontier. You will leverage your deep industry expertise to write the GTM playbook in real-time, serving as the catalyst that transforms Luma's frontier multimodal AI models into indispensable tools for the world's leading creators, brands, and studios. - Define and execute the foundational GTM playbook to launch and scale Luma's enterprise and studio partnerships globally.
- Craft the compelling narratives and positioning that launch global movements, turning "fuzzy" research concepts into magical, market-defining stories.
- Establish Luma's first strategic brand, agency, and studio partnerships to drive adoption and pioneer new creative use cases.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Research teams to translate user insights and industry feedback into product requirements.
- Own end-to-end product launches, measuring success by tangible market penetration and the qualitative impact of our creative tools.
- Build scalable marketing systems and collateral from scratch, navigating ambiguity with high agency and tenacious speed.
- 5+ years of professional product marketing or GTM experience, ideally within high-growth startups, creative software, or top-tier agency environments.
- A proven "builder" with a history of creating GTM strategies from scratch (0-to-1) and driving tangible, high-impact results in resource-constrained settings.
- Impeccable taste and an obsession with craft, detail, and the qualitative feel of creative tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft highly opinionated, compelling narratives that define new market categories.
- High agency and the ability to operate with extreme autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- A genuine passion for the creative potential of AI and Luma's mission to expand human imagination.
- Experience working at high-growth generative AI startups (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney) or foundational creative software companies (e.g., Adobe, Figma, Canva)
- Deep established networks within specific creative industry verticals (e.g., VFX, Hollywood, Advertising, Gaming, Architecture)
- A public portfolio, personal projects, or non-traditional background (e.g., creative director, artist, or designer who transitioned to product marketing) demonstrating a deep passion for visual craft.
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $185,000 per year.
