This is a rare opportunity for a go-to-market pioneer and operational architect to place Luma's frontier multimodal AI technology at the heart of the global creative ecosystem. You will be a foundational marketer, crafting the narrative that launches a global movement and defines an entirely new market category. Your mission is to be the catalyst that transforms our technological marvel into the indispensable tool for the world's leading creators.
This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to build, not maintain. You will:
Craft the core narrative and positioning for Luma's multimodal AI products, translating deep technical capabilities into compelling, user-centric value propositions.
Architect and implement the foundational go-to-market playbook to launch and scale Luma's enterprise and studio partnerships globally.
Lead the development and execution of strategic brand and agency partnerships to drive adoption and define new use cases for our frontier technology.
Drive product launches from conception to post-launch analysis, owning the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.
Collaborate closely with our world-class Research and Product Engineering teams to deeply understand our foundational models and user-facing products.
Define and implement scalable marketing systems and growth loops that accelerate Luma's mission and expand our market presence.
* Champion the voice of the creative community, ensuring our product marketing resonates with and inspires our target audience.

- Extreme ownership over outcomes, with the ability to point to specific product launches, positioning strategies, or market expansions you personally owned and delivered.
- Highly strategic, yet equally hands-on, capable of executing relentlessly without an established playbook in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and inspiring marketing messages.
- A genuine passion for the creative potential of AI and Luma's mission to expand human imagination.
- Experience at product-led growth (PLG) startups or high-growth generative AI companies (e.g., Runway, Pika, Replit, Perplexity).
- Background in top-tier creative/video software ecosystems (e.g., Figma, Notion, Adobe, TikTok).
- A portfolio of work or past campaigns that demonstrates impeccable aesthetic taste and a deep understanding of the creative/design community.
- Proven ability to build strategic alliances and partnerships that drive market adoption and define new use cases.
- Experience marketing to both consumer/creator and enterprise audiences.
