· Develop value-based selling tools, solution briefs, presentations, and sales enablement assets.

· Represent Spectra Logic in webinars, industry events, analyst briefings, public speaking opportunities, webinars, video content, and partner engagements.

· Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, core positioning, and portfolio strategy.

· Ensure alignment between field feedback, customer needs, and messaging strategy.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

· Proven experience marketing complex IT infrastructure or enterprise storage solutions (data storage, cloud, data center, or data management preferred).

· Demonstrated ownership of product positioning and go-to-market strategy for a successful product portfolio.

· Strong technical fluency with storage and/or data center architectures and the ability to engage credibly with storage architects, IT executives, and technical buyers.

· Track record of successfully launching and driving adoption of complex technology products.

· Experience developing competitive strategy and value-based selling frameworks.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, succinctly, and persuasively.

· Self-directed, proactive operator with high standards for clarity, accountability, and execution.
