The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and management of global marketing strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth for JMCRS and each business unit, ensuring that activities are in line with strategic objectives, support various programs such as demand generation, sales enablement, customer acquisition, customer retention, and product evangelism and is accountable for marketing campaign performance. Critical elements of successful performance include project leadership, self-motivation, negotiating and problem-solving skills. Incumbent should have a good understanding of developing marketing approaches and solid accountability for comprehensive global marketing campaign development, including AOP and execution.
The salary range is $73,305 - $122,730. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities (What you contribute)
- Development of marketing strategy, channel execution plan and tactics per channel for a marketing campaign(s)
- Development of compelling, scientifically sound scientific content and messaging for campaigns and across all marketing channels, web, email, social, 3rd party and paid advertising, and conferences
- Will contribute to discussion and decision for budget and spending associated with marketing activities.
- Leads marketing tasks related to new product introduction processes, ensuring product & service launch success
- Develop and report out on key performance metrics for campaign performance per marketing activities.
- Own strategy and attend key events & conferences for assigned campaigns and portfolio
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, marketing, communications, management or business or 5+ years of relevant marketing experience. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing experience, working in Product Management, marketing, or other marketing related positions.
5 years of experience in campaign management working within cross-functional teams environment and managing cross-platform projects and programs is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
