Role: Product Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Remote with Travel

Crogl is the knowledge engine for Security Operations and we are growing fast! We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, process, content creation, product expertise and driving GTM execution.

We are hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to help build out our go-to-market strategy and content creation for Crogl. You’ll work at the intersection of Product and GTM helping to shape messaging, drive demand, and connect our innovations to real-world customer value. This is a critical role that will help position us for our next stage of growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own positioning, messaging, and narrative development for our product offerings

  • Partner with Product to translate roadmap features into compelling benefits

  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence to differentiate us in the market

  • Create sales enablement tools: battlecards, one-pagers, decks, and case studies

  • Develop and manage product launches and release marketing campaigns

  • Interview customers and conduct market research to inform messaging

  • Track and report on product marketing KPIs and performance

What you bring to the team

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing in a Cybersecurity company

  • 3+ years of experience working as a security practitioner

  • Proven experience launching security products and driving GTM programs from scratch

  • Experience and passion for creating security product content to help drive customer demand

  • Strong understanding of Crogl’s user personas and the ability to translate requirements back to Product

  • A strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to communicate to multiple levels from CISOs to practitioner to analyst

What makes you stand out from other candidates

  • Experience marketing to security analysts, security leaders and CISOs

  • Familiarity with threat detection, XDR, SIEM, or SOC workflows

  • Prior experience in early-stage startup environments

  • Experience with tools like Hubspot, Notion, Webflow, and Figma

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field
