OverviewJoist AI is seeking a Marketing Manager - Product & Lifecycle to lead how we communicate with, activate, and grow our customer base—while also helping shape how we bring new products to market. This isn’t a traditional role—it blends lifecycle marketing, product education, and go-to-market strategy into one. You’ll be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Customer Success—crafting the stories, programs, and experiences that guide users from first touch through long-term value.
You’ll design and execute personalized, high-performing campaigns that help customers onboard smoothly, adopt features confidently, and expand their use of Joist AI over time. At the same time, you’ll help lead product marketing efforts: defining positioning, creating go-to-market plans, developing enablement assets, and launching new offerings with clarity and impact. Every campaign you touch will be rooted in customer insight and tied to real business outcomes—retention, growth, and satisfaction.
This role reports into Marketing but is deeply cross-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative to bring new features to market and build out programs that reflect the voice of the customer. You’ll translate product updates into clear, compelling stories and ensure every launch is met with excitement, education, and adoption.
You’ll thrive here if you’re a self-starter who moves fast, writes with purpose, and sees every word or message as a chance to connect, convert, or inspire. You use AI to scale your output, but bring creativity and precision to everything you build. You think in terms of user journeys, not just campaigns—and you love turning product details into customer value stories that resonate.
If you’re energized by launching new products, supporting customer success at scale, and turning insight into action—we’d love to meet you.
