As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies to support our online casino and gaming products. This hands-on position focuses on bolstering overall user acquisition, retention, and engagement by managing cross-vertical marketing initiatives and go-to market plans. You’ll be an invaluable contributor to the continued growth of Rush Street Interactive by curating an internal hub for competitor intelligence, marketing insights, and customer behavioral learnings.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Product Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of product marketing efforts aimed at improving brand visibility, user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Creative, Product, and User Acquisition teams to align and establish dynamic workflows to effectively execute on product marketing initiatives, campaigns, and tentpole moments.
  • Contribute to Messaging & Go-to-Market Plans: Help develop marketing narratives and collateral that resonate with target audiences and are grounded in competitive analysis and user insights.
  • Enable Growth Opportunities: Partner with the User Acquisition and Creative team to identify and support project management of high-potential campaign opportunities that support optimized performance.
  • Utilize & Share Data to Inform Decisions: Track product, user, and campaign data to produce actionable post-campaign analysis and insights; share regularly with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Own Key Projects: Lead specific product marketing initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Project Management preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years in product marketing, marketing project marketing, or related role within the online gaming, sports betting, or mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Operational and BI disciplines.
  • Data Fluency: Ability to analyze, interpret, and effectively act on campaign performance, market data, and user behavior.
  • Creative Acumen: Proficiency in digital creative processes including conceptualization, briefing, optimization, testing, and review.
  • Industry Passion: Familiarity with the gaming or mobile gaming market, understanding key trends and consumer needs.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and inspire action.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, iterative environment while managing flexing priorities. #LI-REMOTE

This role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations. The salary range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.


Location Eligibility: Open to candidates across the US (except California, Washington, Maryland, and New York).

Pay Range

$100,000$120,000 USD
