Anza is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing renewable energy software and advisory services company. This person will drive sales growth and platform adoption through clear positioning, compelling content, and strong sales enablement, grounded in customer conversations, research, and data analysis.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and is a strategic, execution-oriented role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing company. It requires an excellent communicator and writer who is comfortable with:

  • Collaborating with the product team, solutions engineers, sales, customer success, marketing, and external clients and partners;
  • Building strong relationships with sales to turn customer intel into better positioning and sales tools;
  • Adapting quickly as priorities evolve;
  • Creating clarity from ambiguity; and
  • Using frameworks to simplify messaging.

We seek a candidate with experience conducting B2B customer conversations and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market & Launches:

  • Project manage cross-functional teams to plan and execute launches for new product features, service offerings, and changes in go-to-market strategy, working with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership.
  • Write product release materials, demo scripts, and knowledge center articles, serving as the product team’s voice to marketing, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and leadership.
  • Track launch impact, win rates, and sales asset usage to refine positioning and enablement.

Positioning & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Maintain mastery of Anza’s value proposition and create audience-appropriate messaging for each product and persona.
  • Develop and maintain customer persona segmentation.
  • Lead competitive positioning, maintaining a current understanding of Anza’s competitive landscape.

Sales Enablement & Training:

  • Train sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success teams on releases, messaging, and proof points.
  • Serve as the daily point person for sales on the demo environment, positioning, and customer proof points.

Customer Proof Points & Webinars:

  • Conduct customer interviews and develop customer proof points, including case studies, testimonials, references, and videos, partnering with the content writer on case study drafts.
  • Build and maintain a library of customer proof points organized by vertical, persona, and success metric.
  • Create webinar slide content and moderate prospect and client webinars, coordinating internal SMEs and client speakers.
  • Create videos for the platform user knowledge center.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as marketing’s primary liaison to the product team, advising on in-platform terminology and UX copy.
  • Identify new visuals needed for the website, collateral, emails, social, and other channels.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including owning launches or releases end-to-end

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of solar or energy storage industry experience

Core Competencies

  • Experience leading cross-functional GTM teams for product launches or releases
  • Experience leading sales and internal training
  • Experience conducting customer interviews
  • Experience moderating and creating webinar content
  • In-depth knowledge of product marketing best practices and a commitment to staying current on trends
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally, internally and externally, and with leadership
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with data
  • Comfortable using AI thoughtfully for research, data analysis, process automation, or early drafts
