Job Summary: As a Product Marketing Manager at Accuris, you will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy and positioning of our products. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans that effectively communicate the value of our products to our target customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market research, positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and launch plans.
  2. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
    • Analyze competitor products and develop strategies to differentiate Accuris products in the market.
  3. Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
    • Develop and maintain product marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and case studies.
  4. Sales Enablement:
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training materials that support effective selling.
    • Provide product expertise and support during customer presentations and meetings.
  5. Content Development:
    • Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and videos.
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  6. Product Launches:
    • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating with PR, demand generation, and digital marketing teams.
    • Monitor and report on the success of product launches, adjusting strategies as needed.
  7. Customer Insights:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Develop customer personas and use insights to tailor marketing efforts.
  8. Performance Analysis:
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

The Location: US - Remote
Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US
candidates):
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan/sales commission plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
