We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring effective solutions to market and build the positioning that drives adoption. This role will focus on the next stage of growth for ezCater’s corporate accounts by identifying new buyers, working with Product to build and package our solutions, and leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies inclusive of pricing, naming, positioning, packaging, and selling of our existing product suite and new products/features that will be developed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the market, including our competitors and their offerings, and document for internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage our competitive intelligence program and tools, delivering actionable insights to leaders and sales teams.  Use this to create compelling positioning, sales playbooks, and battle cards.
  • Collaborate with our sales enablement team on training for our product and service areas.  Provide enablement tools and resources to our sales teams to enhance their conversations. 
  • Collaborate with our brand and creative teams to create clear, concise, easy-to-understand messaging and marketing assets such as decks, 1-pagers and case studies..
  • Partner with Product Managers to bring new products and features to market that solve customer pain points and strengthen our position in the market. Own internal and external communications of product launches to ensure impactful and consistent messaging. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our current and potential target customers — their pain points, their needs — and learn to speak their language.
  • Be data-driven and use this to strengthen our positioning.

What You Have:

  • 4+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably with experience working in B2B SaaS models and working closely with sales teams. Experience should include building successful go-to-market strategies, rolling out new positioning and packaging, and creating data rich collateral
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills that allow you to gain buy-in for go-to-market strategies across stakeholders and executive teams. Capable of making thoughtful presentations backed by research and writing clear yet concise briefs and plans.  
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to synthesize complex information and develop innovative and data-driven business strategies   
  • A desire to learn everything there is to know about the needs of our customers and figure out how to best build solutions for them and communicate our value to them.
  • Experience in competitive and industry research and a history of using that knowledge to create compelling positioning strategies for your products.
  • The ability to “just figure things out” and invent whatever idea or approach could accomplish our objectives.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $112,000 - $149,000*.

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
