Position Description:

As the Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Partner Marketing, you will support advisor-facing product marketing and enablement initiatives for Ren’s enterprise partner programs, including Morgan Stanley, Edward Jones, and other strategic institutional relationships.

 

This role works with guidance from senior partners and leadership to translate Ren’s platform capabilities, charitable solutions, and strategic priorities into partner-specific campaigns, communications, and advisor engagement programs that align with each firm’s unique workflows and ecosystem.

 

You will work closely with Enterprise Relationship teams, Product Marketing, Product, and Operations to support partner growth, advisor adoption, and strategic initiatives across influential firms in wealth management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Enterprise Partner Strategy & Activation

  • Support advisor-facing enablement and marketing strategies for enterprise partner programs
  • Contribute to the development of partner-specific campaigns, collateral, presentations, and engagement frameworks
  • Support growth initiatives tied to enterprise relationships, identifying opportunities to expand advisor adoption and platform usage

Advisor Campaigns & Engagement

  • Execute campaigns and programs that increase advisor engagement, adoption, and retention
  • Tailor positioning, messaging, and experiences to align with enterprise partner workflows, segmentation, and advisor models
  • Support advisor education initiatives in partnership with Product Marketing and Enablement teams
  • Track campaign performance and contribute to measurement and optimization efforts based on performance insights

Strategic Partner Support

  • Act as a strategic marketing partner to Enterprise Relationship Managers 
  • Lead support for high-priority partner initiatives, presentations, and growth opportunities 
  • Translate product launches, platform enhancements, and operational changes into clear, actionable partner communications

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Operations, Launch PMMs, and Relationship teams to deliver initiatives
  • Ensure enterprise feedback loops into product marketing and broader strategy 
  • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on improving advisor experience, onboarding, and engagement

Insights & Optimization 

  • Synthesize feedback from enterprise partners and advisor interactions 
  • Identify patterns, friction points, and engagement opportunities 
  • Refine messaging and activation strategies based on field insights 

AI & Innovation Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of enterprise marketing and enablement initiatives
  • Use AI-driven insights to identify advisor engagement patterns, segmentation opportunities, and growth signals
  • Apply personalization strategies across partner communications and campaigns

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing (financial services or wealth management preferred)
  • Experience supporting enterprise partner or institutional marketing initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and adapt messaging to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to translate complex products, platforms, and concepts into clear, compelling narratives and scalable programs
  • Experience collaborating on cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Relationship Management, and Operations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Experience defining and measuring campaign effectiveness, advisor engagement, and adoption metrics
  • Exposure to AI tools and marketing technologies preferred
