Job Summary
As the Product Marketing Manager- Customer, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for the Nextech customer and engagement retention programs. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products to drive product adoption, customer retention and expansion. You’ll work with the marketing team to conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. The Product Marketing Manager- Customer will bring strong attention to detail, an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits. In your role as Product Marketing Manager- Customer, you will be the expert on existing client needs, their buying criteria and will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build a shared market and product vision.

Essential Functions
- Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop customer engagement and retention programs that drive product adoption, retention and expansion.
- Create customer lifecycle campaigns, onboarding, renewals, product updates, upsell and cross-sell.
- Create enablement content (best practice guides, adoption playbooks, thought leadership for existing users).
- Collaborate with Product Teams to translate roadmaps and products into clear customer value messaging.
- Build and manage customer advocacy programs; case studies, testimonials, references, speaker recruitment and award submissions
- Plan and execute customer-focused events (user conferences, roundtables, webinars, workshops).
- Partner with events team to deliver tailored experiences for the customer segment.
- Manage customer participation in broader marketing campaigns (joint webinars, success stories).
- Partner with Product Management on advisory boards and customer councils.
- Work closely with Product Marketing peers, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging across the customer journey.
- Ensure customer marketing efforts are integrated into overall GTM and demand gen strategies.
- Demonstrate the impact of customer marketing on revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned based on business need.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer-specific product marketing experience
- Experience working with a SaaS company
- Experience in Healthcare or health technology desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, clients, and third parties
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background with familiarity in Agile and Scrum development
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com
- Product Marketing Alliance Certification
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Remote - Work from home
- Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 15% travel.
- Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
