The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Analytics & AI Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will lead Render’s data analytics and AI product strategy, roadmap and execution.
This is an exciting and critical role in the company, which will require close collaboration with our customers whilst liaising closely with our Australian-based engineering team. As a result, occasional domestic and international travel will be expected to be successful.

Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
- Defining and managing the data analytics and AI product strategies, in line with customer needs and business objectives.
- Managing the full product feature lifecycle, from idea to launch.
- Conducting extensive market and customer research to identify new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
- Creating and prioritising roadmap initiatives, epics, and requirements to progress the product roadmap.
- Collaborating with product owners and engineering leads to discover the product requirements scope and technical approach, and oversee delivery efforts.
- Working closely with product marketing and sales to create compelling product messaging and go-to-market strategies, including pricing and positioning.
- Coordinating with customer support and delivery teams to gather and address customer feedback.
- Defining and tracking data driven metrics and actionable insights to inform product and company management and evolve the product strategy.
The Person:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a person who is passionate about technology innovation in direct partnership with our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, speed and agility, with a can-do attitude that supports our lean product delivery process.
We are also looking for someone who understands the challenges and opportunities of working with stakeholders in different time zones, with the ability to leverage synchronous and asynchronous forms of communication effectively to stay connected to the global Render community.
In addition, core requirements for the role include:
-A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-Demonstrated product management experience in the software industry, with a focus on SaaS products.
-A strong track record of developing commercial products with complex data, analytics, and/or AI requirements.
-Experience with big data analytics and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, etc.
-Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and natural language processing.
-Familiarity with the Agile product development processes, solution design and delivery using software development tools such as -Jira and Confluence.
-Data-driven mindset and approach to decision making and gaining actionable insights.
