We are currently seeking a highly driven Product Marketing Manager to join our operations in the United States.
We are looking for a product marketing manager who loves creating thought-provoking content, understands the importance of building an effective buyer's journey and can quickly grasp technical concepts and distill them into compelling value messages for customers. Bonus points if your heart skips a beat when you get to learn about new technology solutions.
You will develop effective go-to-market and content strategies resulting in pipeline and ARR growth for your segment(s). To do so, you must develop a unique sales proposition for our products and create powerful messaging/positioning that generates demand and boosts sales by effectively communicating their key features and core benefits.
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We need collaborative, proactive marketing leaders who solve problems and think on their feet. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of improvement. If you like working in an environment where each day is like the last, this isn't the place for you.

Performance Objectives
- Bring your segment's value props to life through engaging storytelling and messaging across the diverse marketing and sales channels that make up the Enverus customer journey.
- Own the go-to-market messaging and positioning strategy for new product launches and feature updates, embracing AI for content creation and customization at scale.
- Lead product launches for your segment(s). Incorporate the voice of the customer into messaging and strategies
- Act as the subject matter expert on current industry challenges, solution messaging, personas, and collateral, ensuring consistent messaging across marketing channels.
- Create and update sales enablement materials and content, including solution overviews, product videos, sales decks, white papers, e-books, blogs, customer case studies, competitive research, sales playbooks, and solution spec sheets.
- Partner with the growth marketing team to create a content roadmap that aligns with quarterly and yearly revenue goals and supports every stage of the buyer's journey.
- Partner with the Product team to craft effective messaging that integrates our broad product portfolio into a cohesive and compelling solution.
- Partner with our Sales Go-To-Market team to ensure the Sales team is enabled to communicate business value and value propositions in the most effective way possible.
- Take a metrics -driven approach to inform messaging and content success, and address opportunities for improvement.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- 2 - 4 years of product marketing experience, marketing SaaS software to B2B buyers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to think strategically to navigate ambiguity and uncover creative solutions to problems
- Track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market teams
- Prior marketing experience with data analytics software products or previous energy industry marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent storytelling, messaging and writing skills across a variety of channels
- Understands how to leverage AI tools to scale content creation
- Understands product marketing frameworks and best practices
- Create thought-provoking content, understand the importance of building an effective buyer's journey and can quickly grasp technical concepts and distill them into compelling value messages for customers
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with sales, product , and marketing
- Proven understanding of the demand engine and how to activate content throughout various channels to achieve GTM goals
- Leverage marketing metrics to inform content strategy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines
