ABOUT THE TEAM
The Bestow Product organization is responsible for defining, designing, and delivering exceptional digital experiences that solve real problems. Our team collaborates across Engineering, Revenue and Ops teams to transform ideas into intuitive, valuable solutions that delight our users. We believe in evidence-based decision making and maintaining a relentless focus on customer outcomes to drive product excellence.
This role reports to our Chief Product Officer and is open to Remote (US).
ABOUT THE ROLE
Bestow is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to contribute in the following ways:
Conduct market-informed strategies to effectively communicate Bestow's value proposition and drive customer acquisition and retention
Lead competitive analysis efforts to identify market opportunities, track industry trends, and articulate Bestow's unique differentiators in the insurance technology space
Establish and maintain a strong voice-of-customer program, ensuring customer insights systematically inform our product development and marketing strategies
Create clear, consistent messaging frameworks and positioning that effectively communicate Bestow's unique value across all customer touchpoints
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to develop coordinated go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases
Build and lead a product marketing function that serves as the bridge between our product development and customer-facing teams
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or B2B SaaS companies
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
Extensive experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights methodologies
Strong track record of creating compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences
Experience building and leading successful product launches with coordinated go-to-market strategies
Proven ability to establish and scale product marketing functions, including developing processes, frameworks, and best practices
Deep understanding of B2B marketing techniques, sales enablement, and customer journey mapping
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Ability to collaborate with and communicate with both technical and commercial teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and customer data into actionable insights
Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services or insurance, is highly desirable
