We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Product Marketing Coordinator to support go-to-market execution across our care communications platform. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who excels at bringing structure to fast-moving projects, collaborating across teams, and helping turn product positioning into engaging market-facing assets. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Clinical teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, our content is polished, and our releases and launches run smoothly. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to grow your skills in product marketing and go-to-market strategy within the healthcare technology space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in developing product messaging and product content that feeds go-to-market activities, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and demo scripts.
- Help maintain product collateral, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand requirements.
- Maintain and organize the content library to ensure materials are easy to find and up to date.
- Support tactical execution of new product releases and launches, including project planning and cross-functional communication.
- Conduct and compile market and competitive research to support positioning and content development.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success and Clinical teams to gather feedback and identify content gaps.
- Support growth marketing, digital marketing and event execution efforts with product messaging input and review.
- Maintain the marketing claims matrix to ensure product and customer proof points are accurate and up to date.
- Support coordination of co-marketing partnership activities with third-party vendors throughout the year, including joint presence at industry events.
- Execute tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience; internship or project experience in marketing, product, or related roles is a meaningful plus.
- Genuine interest in product marketing and the B2B SaaS or healthcare technology space.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with consistent forward momentum.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Analytical curiosity and comfortable working with data and research to answer questions and surface insights.
- Collaborative team player who builds relationships easily and thrives in a cross-functional environment.
