At Two Six Technologies, we build, deploy, and implement innovative products that solve the world’s most complex challenges today. Through unrivaled collaboration and unwavering trust, we push the boundaries of what’s possible to empower our team and support our customers in building a safer global future.
Overview of Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Product Marketer to join our team, serving as the dedicated voice for our Pulse software suite. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for defining the market category, driving product placement, creating and executing end-to-end marketing strategies, go-to-market execution, and content that drive market success for our revamped product suite, from initial launch to ongoing growth.
You will work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical product features into compelling, customer-centric messaging. This is an ideal position for a driven self-starter who can take ownership of the marketing function for a key product line and thrive with a high degree of autonomy. This position is remote but may require up to 25% travel to meet with on-site teams and customers.
What you will do
- Product Positioning: Define the market category and strategic product placement for the Pulse suite in the emerging Cognitive Advantage market space and overall national security ecosystem. Own the core messaging, value proposition, and competitive positioning that clearly articulates our technical differentiation and mission impact.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and lead the GTM strategy for new features and product releases within the software suite from pre-launch planning to post-launch optimization. Partner with product management to define the target audience, messaging, and launch plan.
- Demand Generation Activities and Sales Enablement: Partner directly with the Product Sales team to create effective tools, content, and campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and deal closure for the software suite. This includes developing product-specific battle cards, presentations, and competitive intelligence.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats related to the software suite. Use these insights to refine product positioning and inform the GTM strategy.
- Technical Content Creation: Collaborate with other in-house SMEs to produce high-impact thought leadership and marketing materials, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts that articulate the complex technical aspects of the software suite for both technical and non-technical government audiences.
- Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate directly with business unit and product leadership to align marketing strategies for the software suite with overall business objectives.
What you will need:
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record marketing software to the defense, government contracting, or highly technical B2B sectors, including direct ownership of successful software production launches or re-positioning initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Strong capability to understand and articulate complex technical products and solutions, specifically those aligned with mission requirements in defense and national security.
- GTM Strategy and Positioning: Proven ability to identify product-market fit, define distinct competitive positioning, and develop comprehensive GTM plans driving measurable revenue and market adoption for a single product line.
- Government Audiences: Strong understanding of how to market effectively to government customers, especially Defense and Intelligence Community agencies, and strategic partners in this unique market.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including product teams and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple product-related priorities effectively.
Nice to haves (preferred)
- Experience with AI: Prior experience marketing software that uses artificial intelligence, especially Agentic AI.
- Background in Information Operations: A background or foundational knowledge of U.S. government information operations (IO).
- Security Clearance: An active U.S. Government security clearance.
Security Clearance:
- Eligibility to obtain a government clearance if required/needed.
