Duties: Serve as a subject matter expert on our marketing analytics software platform, dependencies on other systems, and influence our roadmap. Act as a trusted adviser for our customers and turn business requirements into feature specifications and support our customers in the understanding and usage of existing features. Lead research and analysis to find the root causes of business challenges, identify business opportunities and make recommendations on how to achieve business goals and stay competitive. Write requirements, functional specifications, and other supporting documentation for new and/or enhanced systems. Produce documentation suitable for business clients, programmers, QA, and trainers. Lead efforts to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the requesting party, improve efficiency in operations and overall performance. Manage product teams of technology architects and leads to convert business requirements into technology solutions. Understand and analyze data to troubleshoot issues and gather/extract requirements. Work closely with QA testers to ensure successful planning of test strategy and test case execution.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or related. Must have 4 years of experience with: conducting business analysis and product/project management in marketing data, measurement, experiment design and relevant business analytics; understanding the full life cycle of a data product/project from Raw Data to Decisioning (ETL, Data Pipeline, Modeling, Decisioning, and Visualizations); and utilizing documentations and issue tracking tools including Confluence, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and BI tools. Must have 1 year of experience with working in an Agile/Scrum product development and support process using JIRA; and working on wireframe tools including MS Visio, Lucid chart, Balsamiq, and Adobe. Salary: $148,500/year.
