Our Product team is hyper-focused on creating products that solve real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. Dedicated to RoadieXD™, Roadie’s cross-dock solution, we are looking for a Product Manager who will develop and execute on a product roadmap focused on meeting the ever-increasing scalability and performance requirements for RoadieXD™. 

In this role, you will own a functional area of our RoadieXD™ operations while serving as a primary product representative for our Integrations team, ensuring our features are effectively communicated to external partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the Product Lead to shape the vision, priorities, and day-to-day execution of the RoadieXD™ product roadmap
  • Engage regularly with internal stakeholders (Operations, Support, etc.) and external partners to understand goals, uncover root problems, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Integrations team, clearly articulating how RoadieXD™ features work and ensuring partners understand product logic and capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Data Science, and UX to bring product initiatives to life and navigate the technical details of implementation
  • Translate insights from stakeholders, data, and operations into clear product direction and actionable plans
  • Travel as needed to warehouse locations to gain firsthand understanding of operations and inform product decisions
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering impactful products and features
  • Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics operations, and/or gig economy platforms is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Data Science, and UX teams in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes across teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira and other product management systems, or the ability to quickly ramp and adopt new tools
