Print Reach, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a leading provider of comprehensive software solutions tailored for the print and mail industry, focusing on streamlining operations, boosting profitability, and enhancing workflow efficiency

The Product Manager supports the development and execution of the Midnight product roadmap. This role assists in gathering requirements, writing user stories, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and supporting release readiness activities. The position is ideal for an early-career product professional looking to gain hands-on SaaS product experience while contributing to meaningful, customer-driven initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product requirements and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activities
  • Maintain and organize product backlogs and documentation
  • Analyze customer feedback and support ticket trends
  • Support internal QA validation prior to release
  • Coordinate release documentation with marketing and training teams
  • Track feature adoption and product usage metrics
  • Assist in internal demos and feature overviews

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and workflows
  • Organizational discipline and documentation skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or project coordination (internships included)
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
  • Strong interest in B2B software, SaaS, or workflow systems

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
