Denver-based candidates are expected to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

We are looking for a new Product Manager to join our team. Our customers use our software for critical work in public safety and corporate security, and it is our mission to make them incredibly successful in their job. That’s where you come in.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops and implements the product strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and market needs
  • Clearly communicates product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing to bring new features and products to market
  • Effectively manages product timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
  • Collects and prioritizes product requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and internal stakeholders
  • Creates and communicates product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of products
  • Writes high-level requirements  

Required Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Required Skills:

  • Ambition, motivation, and drive that are second to none
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive product improvements
  • A focus on understanding user needs and incorporating customer feedback into the product development process
  • Strong project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute product development projects within established timelines and budgets
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term goals
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Outstanding skills in preparing presentations.
  • Proven ability to meticulously manage your time and work outside of the normal “9 to 5” schedule as required.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in software product management (Required)
  • Previous experience in public safety software (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to operate successfully in diverse and varied business cultures around the world (Preferred)
  • History of working with large, multi-national System Integration firms (Preferred)

  • Language: English

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000

Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to pass a full CJIS compliant fingerprint based background check, which is required for individuals needing access to criminal justice information (CJI).
