Product Manager
Respondology is building the leading social engagement platform helping the world’s most recognizable brands protect, understand, and engage with their social audiences at scale using AI. With over 500 brands on its platform reaching 2 billion people per month, Respondology is modernizing social marketing.
We are seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve our products. This role is for someone who wants real product ownership, meaningful customer impact, and the opportunity to shape how organizations understand and act on social conversation data. You will play a central role in translating customer needs, business priorities, and product strategy into clear, high-impact product improvements.
We are looking for an innovative product thinker who is equal parts idea generator and builder. The Product Manager should be fluent in social media ecosystems, translating AI capabilities into real customer value, and turning insights into shipped products. You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments, enjoy prototyping and validating ideas early, and take pride in owning products from concept through delivery.
If you naturally ask “What if?”, balance long-term vision with near-term execution, and want to help shape both the product and product culture at Respondology, this role is built for you!
The ideal candidate:
- Social-native and deeply familiar with the world of social media marketing, including organic, paid, and creator ecosystems
- AI-native with hands-on experience building or evolving AI-powered products, and a practical understanding of how to translate AI capabilities into real customer value
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit, ability to innovate and true passion for Respondology’s mission
- A track record of launching successful products and features
- A builder mentality with the ability to quickly translate ideas into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate and validate solutions
- Has a deep understanding of user needs and behavior, and can translate those into actionable product requirements
- Ability to prioritize and scope product requests balancing long term vision and short-term pain points
- Highly motivated and resourceful, able to navigate complex issues independently
- Extremely strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep complex initiatives clear, structured, and moving forward
A day in the life:
- Translate customer needs, business priorities, and product strategy into clear, actionable product improvements
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to define goals, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Engage directly with customers and internal teams to inform product decisions and validate direction
- Ideate and communicate product concepts through wireframes, workflows, and prototypes using Figma
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities and timelines with business goals
- Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria to guide engineering execution
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery using tools such as Notion
- Review in-progress work and provide timely product feedback
- Communicate product direction, changes, decisions, and performance to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to building strong product practices, processes, and culture
Here's what you need to get our attention:
- 3-4 years of proven B2B SaaS product management experience with ownership of real product features or product areas
- A track record of shipping product improvements from concept through delivery
- Strong product judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments
- Experience translating customer, business, and technical inputs into clear product direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s in Product Management, Business, UX/UI design, Engineering or related degree - or equivalent work experience: If you have a four-year degree, that's great; we care more about your past experience and ability to do the job, so please apply even if you don't have a degree
Here's what will make us call you, for sure:
- Experience launching a 0–1 product or major product capability through to commercial availability and customer adoption
