  • Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with support from senior Product Managers for new features and enhancements.

  • Examine the competition and identify areas for improvement and opportunities to support industry leadership efforts.

  • Contribute to UX standards and assist in documenting engineering guidelines.

  • Attend regular standups, refinement meetings, and discovery meetings as an active participant.

  • Invest in the quality of our products by supporting experience testing and responsiveness across all devices. This will also include assisting with testing to find disparities between final implementation and mockups before release.

  • Assist all departments with the development and improvement of all client-centric assets.

  • Customer Onboarding & Adoption Support – design experiences that help minimize friction in onboarding and adoption.

  • Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday, Confluence).

  • Continuous Improvement – refine interfaces and workflows to reduce support and improve retention.

  • Design System & Standards Contribution – consistency, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Support product walk-throughs and end-user documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in product design/development or a related role.

  • Skilled in responsive and adaptive design principles.

  • Familiarity with web design and prototyping software (Adobe suite and Figma preferred).

  • Hard-working, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills; must be comfortable presenting ideas to key stakeholders with guidance and advocating for the user.

  • Keen attention to detail and deep passion for consistency.
