At Access, we’re bringing next-generation SaaS solutions to the field—helping construction teams work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our field productivity solutions within a global environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer insight, and innovation.

Day to day you will:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for construction field productivity solutions.

  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and prioritize releases that drive measurable value.

  • Collaborate with engineering leads and peers to define, build, and deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.

  • Partner with other Product Managers across the ERP portfolio to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

  • Drive implementation of AI-powered features (e.g., Copilot, Feed) and lead modernization of self-service capabilities.

  • Monitor legislative changes and industry trends, translating insights into actionable product updates.

  • Operate flexibly across time zones to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the construction industry.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, deliverable plans.

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams and driving iterative releases.

  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to synthesize feedback into product strategy.

  • Hands-on experience defining, implementing, and iterating AI-driven features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Experience leading AI prototyping and experimentation cycles, including prompt design, feature validation, and integration into production workflows.

  • Comfort working in a global role with flexible hours to accommodate international collaboration.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for this opportunity.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $110,000–$120,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Any compensation outside this range will follow applicable laws and company policy.
