The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and operations to ensure the roadmap aligns with company goals and delivers measurable impact for customers.

About Swyft

Since 2015, we’ve grown from a lawyer and two online entrepreneurs into a team of 125 strong — and we’re not slowing down. We’re proud to be ranked as one of the fastest-growing companies in Houston and nationally recognized by the Inc. 5000.
Our mission is to break down barriers so anyone can follow their dreams and create something special for themselves and their communities. To do that, we need a product leader to shape and execute on initiatives that directly influence our company’s reach, while ensuring we deliver solutions that make it easier, faster, and more affordable for entrepreneurs to succeed.

  • Execution: Define product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering and design to bring concepts to life through prototypes, wireframes, and deliverables.
  • Iteration & optimization: Use experimentation, feedback loops, and data analysis to measure product performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, and analytics to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Track and report on key product metrics to stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Mentor product teammates, contribute to product management best practices, and act as a strategic thought partner across the organization.
  • Market awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform Swyft’s product direction.
