We're looking for a product manager who's excited to lead a squad developing innovative experiences for sales managers, helping them define winning strategies and optimize team performance. This role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with customers and figuring out how to leverage cutting-edge AI technology to create experiences so personalized, they fit each manager and their team like a glove.

How will you help us build this company?
  • You'll own and drive the product roadmap for our manager persona, translating sales leadership needs into innovative platform features that help them optimize team performance, optimize territories, and drive revenue growth.

  • You'll partner closely with the Head of Product, Design team, and Engineering to take concepts from strategic vision through iterative development, ensuring we deliver meaningful solutions that solve real problems for users.

  • You'll become the voice of our manager users, conducting deep customer research, analyzing usage patterns, and synthesizing feedback to inform product decisions that balance user needs with business objectives.

  • You'll design and ship AI-powered experiences that make complex sales intelligence accessible and actionable, enabling users to make better decisions faster through predictive insights, intelligent recommendations, and automated optimization tools.

  • You'll drive cross-functional alignment on the roadmap, leading stakeholder discussions, prioritization decisions, and go-to-market planning to ensure successful feature adoption and business impact.

  • You'll work closely with our sales team to deeply understand operational workflows and identify opportunities to productize manual processes, eliminating out-of-platform work and building features that help both our customers and internal teams scale more effectively.

  • Are you leveraging best practices from leading platforms while finding innovative ways to solve real problems? Do you consistently research competitive solutions, adapt learnings to our unique context, and push boundaries to differentiate our platform?

  • Are you continuously developing your craft as a product manager and finding ways to improve how we work together as a team, enhancing our processes, collaboration patterns, and collective effectiveness?

What does an ideal background look like?
  • You have at least 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with vertical midmarket B2B SaaS platforms. Ideally this experience is in sales tools, analytics platforms, AI, or healthcare.

  • You have experience building data-driven products, understanding how to translate complex data into actionable insights, and designing workflows that help managers drive team performance.

  • You're AI-fluent and experimentally minded, with hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work, understanding of how AI can enhance product experiences, and excitement about exploring cutting-edge AI applications in sales intelligence and optimization.

  • You have experience at a venture-backed Series A or B startup with a strong sense of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and strategic thinking.

  • You're data-obsessed and customer-centric, skilled at leveraging both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to make informed product decisions and measure success.

  • You're a strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence without authority, manage multiple stakeholders, and translate technical concepts into business value for both internal teams and customers.

What is the interview process?

  1. Introductory call with the Head of People.

  2. Call with the Head of Product digging deeper into your background and experiences that may be relevant to MedScout.

  3. Group interview with the CEO, VP of Engineering

  4. Case study style presentation for group of team members who you will be engaging with often.

  5. Culture interview with various team members to learn more about what it’s like to work at MedScout.

  6. Offer components presented to you in writing (we can talk about ranges beforehand). We can review the offer structure and answer any questions or concerns you may have asynchronously or live, whichever you prefer.

  7. 3 Reference Calls. We expect to hear great things, so this is mainly to understand how to work best with you.

  8. Formal offer presented for your consideration.
