About the role
Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how marketers interact with and derive value from the Zeta Marketing Platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, QA, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing, user experience, and building impactful products.
- Partner with senior product managers to define and refine product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
- Translate business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy.
- Assist in defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Support go-to-market efforts by working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- 1+ years of experience in a product, marketing, or technical role (internships included).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for marketing technology, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline).
- Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, or CRM systems.
- Exposure to APIs, data integration, or technical product concepts.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000, depending on location and experience.
