⚡️Who we are

We help consumers shop smarter. Our ambition is to revolutionize the way people shop, empowering them to find what they need, make informed purchasing decisions, and save money.

Joko is a tech company founded in Paris. Our team of over 50 talents is international and spread across offices in Paris, Barcelona and New York, or working remotely.

As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of the communities we serve, including the 4 million consumers already using Joko to save money every day at over 7,000 merchants.

Over the years, we have quickly expanded our value proposition to enable consumers to make smarter shopping decisions through many features: cash back, buy now and pay later, automatic coupons, price drop alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and more. Today, we are dedicating significant resources to developing an AI-powered assistant that helps users find the right product based on their criteria for price, quality, or environmental impact from the global e-commerce catalog.

After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US.

It’s still day 1; come build the future of shopping with us!

This position is remote-friendly.

📱 Our Product team

Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design and Business teams.

🎯 What you will do

At Joko, we believe in end-to-end ownership. As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Roadmap: Define the product vision for your assigned domain (one of the areas above) and create a detailed roadmap based on input from internal teams and external users. Prioritize developments based on business needs and impact.

  • Features: Own the full lifecycle of features from discovery to launch, including writing specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams, testing, and monitoring success post-launch.

  • Intelligence: Stay on top of product trends, competitor insights, and user feedback to continuously improve your domain and drive innovation.

  • Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about the roadmap, progress, and upcoming releases. Act as the go-to expert for your domain.

As a Product Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and enhance various parts of our product ecosystem. Depending on your interests and priorities for the team, you will be able to work on the following key areas:

  1. Products: Revolutionize product discovery and price comparison, using innovative tools like Large Language Models (LLMs) to create a universal product catalog that empowers users to make informed shopping decisions.

  2. Online shopping: Optimize Joko’s core online shopping experience, focusing on features like cashback, coupons, and buy-now-pay-later to drive user engagement and revenue growth.

  3. Banking: Oversee bank connections, budgeting tools, and banking data quality, ensuring seamless financial integrations that enable key features such as in-store cashback and personalized analytics.

  4. Growth: Focus on user acquisition, retention, and referral, working closely with marketing to build onboarding flows, maximize feature adoption, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

  5. Platform: Manage Joko’s core app infrastructure, including navigation, feature discovery, and wallet management, while promoting responsible shopping and ensuring a smooth user journey.

Who we’re looking for
  • Experience: We’re building a team with a broad range of experiences and seniorities. We expect at least 2 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with mobile apps or consumer-facing products.

  • Location: Based in France or Western Europe.

  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Product savvy: A passion for exploring emerging product trends and testing new mobile apps.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, thrives on challenges, welcomes feedback, and is driven to improve every day.

  • Tech fluency: Comfortable working in a technical environment and eager to understand how things work.

  • Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.

  • Efficiency: Skilled at leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and delivering on time.

  • Attention to detail: Ability to spot and fix potential issues early in the process.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics for various audiences.

💎 Our perks

We believe that flexibility and trust are important parts of a company. Our work environment reflects this thanks to:

  • Flexible remote: If you live in Paris, you can work from our office or from your place with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, you can get access to a coworking space.

  • Work from anywhere: Do you want to travel to Italy for a month and work from there? For up to 3 months a year, you may work from most countries in the world (for full-time employees).

On top of that, we offer many perks such as:

  • a budget for remote work equipment
