At Conduit, we believe in a world where anyone can frictionlessly send and receive any asset at any time. Our first step in building towards that vision is enabling cross-border transactions that are drastically faster, cheaper and simpler. As we scale the business, we are looking for a Product Manager to join us through this next phase of growth.

Our company is globally distributed, offering the opportunity to collaborate with co-workers across the world. This role requires the availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a driven and ambitious Product Manager who's not just eager to learn, but hungry to make a lasting impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love taking full ownership of key features, and are passionate about building innovative, user-centered products, this role is for you. This isn't your typical PM position—it's an opportunity to be a key player in defining our product's future. You'll work at the intersection of design, technology, and business, leading initiatives that solve complex problems, create exceptional experiences, and shape our product into something truly industry-defining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive End-to-End Product Development: Lead product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring every feature shipped is impactful, user-centric, and aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Execute Relentlessly: Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to drive projects forward—whether it's crafting specs, working through blockers, or pushing for high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the glue between engineering, design, operations, compliance, sales, finance, and marketing to create alignment and momentum around a shared vision.
  • Be Data-Informed & User-Centric: Leverage user insights, feedback, and data to prioritize features, refine strategies, and measure success.
  • Think Big & Small: Zoom out to understand the broader business impact while obsessing over the details that make a product truly delightful.
  • Stay Agile: Adapt to changing priorities and business needs, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.

About You:

  • Strategic yet Tactical: You can set a high-level strategy and vision, but you're also comfortable diving into details and executing hands-on.
  • Gritty & Resilient: You embrace challenges and setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow, staying focused and motivated through ambiguity.
  • Ownership Mentality: You don't wait for instructions. You proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • User-Obsessed: You're deeply empathetic, always putting yourself in the user's shoes to build products that truly solve their pain points.
  • Humble & Collaborative: You check your ego at the door and focus on making the product and team better through constructive collaboration.
  • Execution-Focused: You believe ideas are only as good as their execution, and you have a track record of delivering high-quality products at speed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that balance user needs with business impact
  • Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering teams and navigate complex technical challenges
  • Strong design sensibility and understanding of UX principles to ensure intuitive and delightful features
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects in environments with high ambiguity and shifting priorities

Why Conduit?

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Dynamic, collaborative, and innovative work environment
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technology and industry trends
  • Chance to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving organization
