LeafLink is seeking a Product Manager to help define and deliver the next generation of products that power cannabis commerce. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technology to create solutions that simplify complex workflows and drive meaningful outcomes for our customers.
As a Product Manager, you'll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring impactful products to market. You'll own product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuously optimize experiences based on customer feedback and business results.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define product strategy and roadmap across multiple related products of the marketplace and financial services platform
- Solve customer pain points and opportunities through research, analytics, and market insights
- Convert business objectives into clear product goals, priorities and measurable outcomes
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact
Product Discovery & Execution
- Lead product discovery efforts to validate customer problems and potential solutions
- Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Make trade-offs balancing customer needs, internal constraints and business objectives
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
- Communicate technology roadmap and priorities and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
Customer & Market Understanding
- Build deep understanding of the needs of brands, retailers, and other stakeholders in the cannabis supply chain
- Collaborate with GTM teams to conduct customer interviews and usability sessions
- Analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics and work with operations teams to improve execution and efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
- Ensure successful product launches and adoption across customer segments
Product Optimization
- Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility
- Define success metrics and measure product outcomes
- Influence enterprise-level decisions using customer data insights to improve customer experiences and business performance
- Establish data gathering mechanisms relative to the metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis
- Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in Software, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or B2B technology environments
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to scale
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, customer journey mapping, and translating customer insights into actionable product requirements and continuous improvement
- Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, GTM and Operations teams
- Excellent communication
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams
- Experience using data to inform decision-making and prioritization
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketplaces, commerce platforms, payments, or logistics products
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-up environments
- Familiarity with enterprise software and complex operational workflows
- Experience in regulated industries
- Knowledge of cannabis industry operations and supply chain dynamics
