Job Title: Product Manager – Technical (Business Analyst)
Location: Vadodara (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–10 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager – Technical (Business Analyst) who can operate at the intersection of business and technology, driving delivery of high-impact digital solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience working within agile product teams in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient solution delivery
- Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments
- Support API integrations, system interactions, and data mapping activities
- Ensure quality through UAT coordination, validation, and defect tracking
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product features and delivery processes
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Expertise in requirement gathering, user stories, BRD/FRD creation
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in client-facing roles and hybrid delivery models
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in payments, banking, or financial services domain
- Exposure to digital platforms and API ecosystems
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
