About IBBX:
IBBX Wireless Energy is at the forefront of developing breakthrough technology that delivers wireless electricity. The company has created and patented protocols that allow energy harvesting from electromagnetic waves; IBBX also produces an integrated circuit that executes such harvesting. It is the first real step into eliminating cables and vastly reducing battery sizes in electronic devices.

With a current team of 70 dedicated professionals, IBBX is in a phase of rapid growth, experiencing significant year-over-year expansion. Our culture is grounded in values of efficiency, respect, and diversity, and we are on a mission to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent aligned with our vision of creating impactful and world-changing innovations.

The first adopters of our technology are industries that rely on predictive maintenance of their production parks.

Our first product is the IBBX Retina Suite for industry 4.0, a set of sensors that feed from the machine’s (wasted) electromagnetic energy, and they just work – no cable, no battery replacement. They also happen to speak a proprietary wireless data protocol that is optimized for long distances, ideal for large industrial and agricultural environments. It may seem a bit too techie, we know, but all this is to explain why our Retina Suite has a line of clients waiting to acquire it, an example of how successful we can be in the near future.

Role Overview:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovative solutions in predictive maintenance and energy optimization.

  • Cooperate directly with product designers to evolve the product.

  • Work on a weekly basis with our CEO, who is a respected reference in digital product creation.

  • Oversee product development from conception to launch, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Monitor product performance, proposing continuous improvements based on customer feedback and market metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industrial regulations and standards.

Technical and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Translate complex technical requirements for analyses into simple, clear specifications for development teams.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and promote effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Defend and promote your product: Act as the main point of contact for technical queries, supporting sales and customer support teams.

Innovation and Solution Integration:
  • Work closely with hardware and software engineers to identify and implement improvements driven by data and technological advancements.

  • Ensure seamless integration of products with existing predictive maintenance and industrial management systems.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital product management, preferably in B2B products.
