WeVideo is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of all sizes, and educational institutions. We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in sales, customer success, user research, user experience design, or engineering and a passion for solving user problems through innovative product solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Balance Strategy & Execution: Manage trade-offs between feature requests, technical constraints, and business needs while maintaining a clear product vision.
  • Lead Agile Development: Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks. Work in an Agile environment with engineering teams to iterate quickly.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Write. A lot: Document decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, PRDs, etc. As a team, we write to solidify our thinking, communicate and keep everyone on the same page.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering—you’ve worked closely with users or technical teams before transitioning into product management and thrive off of customer interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You juggle multiple priorities without dropping any of them.
  • Process driven. You know that the key to repeatable success is repeatable actions. You are consistent and follow through.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities—you can influence and align teams around a shared vision.
  • A bias for action—you’re comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and iterating quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a small team or in a high-growth, fast-moving organization.
  • Bonus: Experience in education or ed tech is a plus.
