Key Responsibilities
- Own feature definitions, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for key workflows
- Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of mobile applications (iOS, Android, and web)
- Translate banker needs into structured product requirements
- Manage MVP > Phase 2 > Scale roadmap iterations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, AI, and CRM teams
- Track behavioral metrics and refine the product through data-driven iteration
Must-Have Skillsets
- 7 plus; years in digital product management, ideally in financial services or enterprise tools
- Strong understanding of mobile app, CRM, and AI-enabled workflows
- Ability to write clear requirements and run agile ceremonies
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in usage analytics tools
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 53,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 186,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
