We believe brokers and agents deserve modern, mobile-first tools that make their day-to-day easier, more efficient, and more effective. That’s why we’re building a new Unified Mobile Portal App—a single destination where real estate professionals can manage their leads, access performance insights, view listings, track campaigns, and engage with http://Realtor.com ’s products and services seamlessly.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager - Unified Mobile App who can lead the end-to-end development of this new app experience—from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one opportunity to define and build an app that becomes an indispensable daily tool for agents and brokers nationwide.
In this role, you will:

- Own and evolve a multi-year roadmap that delivers a unified, mobile-first experience across lead management, performance tracking, campaign insights, support tools, and account management.
- Drive complex product initiatives from concept to scaled adoption, including multi-product consolidation, rebranding, go-to-market scaling, and continuous product evolution.
- Lead customer discovery at scale, combining qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and industry insights to anticipate future needs, uncover high-value opportunities, and validate solutions.
- Champion innovation by leveraging consumer data and AI/ML to deliver actionable insights that materially improve agent and team conversion rates.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development to achieve shared business outcomes.
- Ensure a world-class mobile experience in partnership with Design and Engineering—prioritizing intuitive workflows, elegant design, and performance reliability for professionals on the go.
- Own success metrics and business outcomes for the app, including engagement, retention, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction, using analytics and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster cross-platform consistency by collaborating with other product leaders to ensure a cohesive agent/broker experience across mobile and desktop ecosystems.
- Mentor and elevate other product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the product organization.
About You
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 with mobile or B2B platform products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of delivering zero-to-one and scaled products that address complex, high-value professional workflows.
- Strategic and business-minded, with experience defining product vision and securing cross-functional and executive alignment.
- Strong leader and influencer—able to navigate ambiguity, balance tradeoffs, and make high-impact decisions that align with both short-term goals and long-term vision.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence at the executive level and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Deeply customer-obsessed and grounded in research—adept at combining data, qualitative insights, and industry trends into actionable product strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, including multi-product integrations, platform migrations, or large-scale rebrands.
- Experience working closely with mobile development teams (native iOS and Android) and delivering at enterprise scale.
- Strong product instincts with a keen eye for design, usability, and customer value.
- Familiarity with real estate, SaaS, or other professional services platforms is a plus.
