This role is a flex office/home role and comes with the expectation you will engage onsite a certain number of working days per month, in our brand-new office located in Dublin, Ohio, with your Bold Penguin colleagues and customers. On-site workdays will be managed at the team level to maintain an environment focused on work-life balance, innovation velocity, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will be expected to work 20% of working days per month (4 days per month on average) in the office. This is a minimum expectation. All employees are welcome to work in the office as much as they like. Applicants must be local (within 35 miles) to Dublin, Ohio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product outcomes across key components of the Terminal platform from discovery through delivery.
- Work closely with product leadership, engineers, designers, customer success, and business development to deliver elegant and delightful user experiences that solve complex problems.
- Engage directly with our clients to understand their needs, communicating capabilities, and designing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Partner with Product Leads and Engineering Managers to shape and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value and technical feasibility
- Lead documentation of product requirements, use cases, workflows, and user stories.
- Support Product Leadership in distilling complex problems into actionable chunks.
- Continuously learn new trends and developments within functional area of expertise and the commercial insurance industry.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, curiosity, and autonomy are valued.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years relevant experience in a product management or owner role for technology enabled services, SaaS solutions or B2B software.
- Strong familiarity with commercial insurance - ideally from both a user and systems perspective.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving, agile environments.
- High degree of ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, JIRA, Figma, Confluence and related product tools.
- Exposure to or interest in AI technologies - such as prompt design, agentic tools, or LLM-powered workflows - is a plus, but not required.
- Occasional travel to client sites required. Less than 10%.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, (up to 8 hours per day) at a desk working on a computer.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment for extended periods of time, including but not limited to, a mouse, keyboard, phone and video conferencing.
