About This Job 

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our construction-focused payroll solutions within a global SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding complex systems, keeps pace with legislative changes, and is passionate about delivering modern, AI-enhanced payroll experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, other PMs, and clients to shape the future of payroll in the construction industry. 

Location: Remote but willing to work East Coast Hours

Day to day you will:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for construction payroll features across global markets. 

  • Ensure compliance with regional legislative requirements for supported markets (US, UK, IRE, AUS). 

  • Collaborate with engineering leads and individual contributors in the HCM group to define and deliver scalable, compliant payroll functionality. 

  • Partner with other PMs in the ERP pillar to ensure seamless integration and alignment across products. 

  • Engage directly with clients to gather feedback, define business requirements, and prioritize enhancements. 

  • Drive the implementation of AI-powered features (e.g., Copilot, Feed) and a modernized self-service offering. 

  • Stay ahead of legislative changes and industry trends, translating them into actionable product updates. 

  • Operate flexibly across time zones, with occasional early mornings or late evenings to support global collaboration. 

 

Your skills and experience include: 

  • Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within HCM, ERP, or payroll domains. 

  • Deep understanding of construction payroll requirements, including union rules, job costing, certified payroll, and compliance nuances. 

  • Strong grasp of global payroll legislation, especially in the US and UK. 

  • Experience working with engineering teams and translating complex requirements into clear, executable plans. 

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and how they can enhance user experience and operational efficiency. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a client-facing role, gathering insights and driving product decisions. 

  • Comfortable working in a global role with flexible hours to accommodate international stakeholders. 

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for this opportunity.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $95,000–$115,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Any compensation outside this range will follow applicable laws and company policy.
