As the Senior Product Manager for Growth, you’ll help shape the strategy and drive execution across the developer journey—from discovery and activation to monetization. Play a key role in the growth of Alchemy’s developer platform. Your focus: make it easier and faster for developers to start building, find value quickly, and scale easily.
You’ll work on defining and refining product discovery, developer activation, product adoption, and monetization—from optimizing onboarding flows to refining pricing and driving paid conversion in the dashboard. You’ll partner with engineering, design, marketing, and developer relations to turn ideas and insights into business impact.
What You’ll Do- Map the entire developer journey, quantify friction at each step, and rank the highest-impact growth bets.
- Ship rapid dashboard and docs experiments with design and engineering to lift activation and conversion.
- Partner with developer relations and marketing to continuously improve guides, tutorials, campaigns, and in-product messaging.
- Drive cross-functional execution, keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Own growth metrics, build dashboards, and surface insights that help guide company priorities.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and iteration, sharing learnings that level up growth practices across the company.
- 4+ years of product management, ideally on developer products or marketplaces.
- Proven track record of shipping growth wins across multiple steps of the user journey.
- Strong communicator who can translate developer needs into clear product requirements and experiments.
- Self-starter who thrives in cross-functional teams and keeps projects moving.
- Genuine curiosity about technology, blockchains, and a desire to drive impact.

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.
The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $135,000 - $350,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
