Own the performance and commercial strategy of our land-based Gaming Operations product portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Gaming Operations. Demonstrates expertise on game performance, product knowledge, competitive intel, and consulting our sales team and casino partners by combining product roadmap with business goals, revenue targets, and market opportunities. Demonstrating analytics for our premium lease products to optimize new product release strategies and drive install base and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Partner with internal Gaming Ops verticals and team members to drive department results
Evaluate, implement, and maintain the tools and technologies that drive key commercial decisions
Provide guidance to senior leaders based on market trends and opportunities to drive commercial decisions
Lead the financial modeling of product strategy to forecast and improve revenue
Capture, analyze, and interpret key market trends and competitive opportunities to develop actionable business initiatives
Supports strategic alignment of the Gaming Operations product operations with the overall strategy and business goals
Educate senior leadership with insights from industry-leading publications and podcasts
Lead strategic special projects with the sales team and customers
Handle executive summaries relative to department critical metrics and performance
Auditing data sources for accuracy and leading cross-team initiatives to improve data quality
Partner with the Business Analytics team and the Director of Go-To-Market Commercial to improve Aristocrat’s analytic capabilities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 2-5 years of experience in product management
Experienced with SQL coding to build custom reports across multiple data sets
Proficient in running large data sets in Excel
Proficient with building data viz to present findings in PowerPoint
Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Access, and other analytic platform expertise is a plus.
Self-leader who can conceptualize, write, build, and present analytical reports to large groups
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong writing skills are a relevant part of this job function.

$93,625 - $173,875 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
