ABOUT THE TEAM

By delivering critical admin controls and features, this team helps drive acquisition and expansion of Mural in our largely Enterprise customer base. 

You’ll work with a team of Engineers, Designer, along with the team’s EM, who will serve as your Engineering partner.

Your work will directly impact our ability to compete and win in enterprise deals, while ensuring our platform meets the highest standards of user-friendly and scalable administration that our customers demand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own and drive the product strategy for Mural's enterprise administration features, from conception through delivery

  • Partner with enterprise customers to deeply understand their requirements around buying, configuring, and managing their Mural instance, and translate them into compelling product solutions. 

  • Lead the development and execution of our enterprise admin area of the product to provide admins an intuitive, modern, seamless administration experience, enabling them to configure and scale Mural for their orgs as they need. 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Security teams to identify and prioritize enterprise-critical features

  • Drive competitive analysis in the enterprise collaboration space

  • Own internal and external communication strategies for security features

  • Measure and communicate the business impact of security investments

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 4+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on Enterprise SaaS software.

  • Experience working with APIs and batch processes

  • Comfortable engaging with end-users, conducting user research, and intelligently integrating findings into your work as needed. 

  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and understanding their security needs.

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of visibility into ongoing product opportunities, while collaborating closely with customers and go-to-market teams. 

  • Track record of delivering admin capabilities that drive enterprise adoption, and fuel user growth. 

  • A proven track record of success in working with engineers, designers, and QA to deliver great products.

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

  • Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business value.

  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.  

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 - $170,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
