SUMMARYWe are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product vision in our Education segment. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives and meet customer needs. This role will report to the Head of Product Management and work closely with the SVP, Education to fulfill the needs of Education customers, while ensuring that execution and product development align with the company’s broader product vision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch products that meet customer expectations.
User Experience Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into product design and development.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in product management or a related role, with a strong grasp of the product lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
This role is open to remote candidates. If you are located in the Los Angeles area the role will be offered in a hybrid capacity to our West LA HQ.
