Who We Are:

We are on a hyper-growth curve at the intersection of the software and healthcare industries. We need great team members to capitalize on these opportunities and improve the healthcare experience for patients and doctors alike. DoseSpot and pVerify have an exciting opportunity to join a fun and growing team, benefit from strong market tailwinds, and be part of an exciting opportunity to ensure mission-critical prescriptions and verifications are delivered on time and without error.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a passion for driving execution and building process discipline within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role sits at the heart of DoseSpot Connect, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn strategy into shipped, customer-impacting features.

You’ll wear multiple hats: Product Owner, Scrum Lead, and Delivery Driver. You’ll help shape the roadmap, own sprint execution, manage dependencies, and keep everyone focused on outcomes. If you love turning ambiguity into action plans and get energized by cross-functional problem solving, this is your role.

What you'll do:
Product Management

  • Own the product backlog for key features and programs within DoseSpot Connect.

  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clarity for the engineering team.

  • Drive prioritization decisions, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

  • Partner with Product leadership to contribute to roadmap planning and delivery forecasting.

  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive continuous product iteration.

  • Analyze product performance and customer engagement data to identify areas for improvement.

Agile Delivery

  • Run sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, backlog grooming.

  • Track sprint velocity, dependencies, and blockers—working with engineering leads to keep delivery on track.

  • Own go/no-go decisions for feature releases in coordination with engineering and QA.

  • Lead cross-team coordination for multi-sprint or multi-team initiatives.

  • Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, playbooks, and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).

Data-Driven Product Insights

  • Generate reports and insights using tools like Pendo, Power BI, or SQL (basic querying proficiency preferred).

  • Help Product and Engineering leadership make informed decisions with delivery and usage data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day execution point between Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with QA, UX, and Customer teams to ensure high-quality, customer-centric feature releases.

  • Manage communication with third-party vendors and technical partners as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or a hybrid Product Owner/Delivery Lead role in a SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Pendo, Power BI) and ability to run basic SQL queries for reporting (or willingness to learn).

  • Proven ability to independently manage delivery processes and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve execution risks without close supervision.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading or directly facilitating sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

  • Knowledge of or skills to quickly learn development platforms such as Azure DevOps and Jira

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—you make complex programs feel manageable and keep stakeholders aligned.

  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in fast-changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master certification

  • Healthcare or SaaS experience

  • Pharmaceutical experience a plus

You Will Enjoy This Role If

  • You are detail-oriented and proactive

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with ambiguity

  • You enjoy helping teams run more efficiently

Benefits & Perks:

🌍Remote work environment with a flexible work schedule to encourage work-life balance

✈Annual company offsite

🌴Generous leave package including flexible time off policy that encourages team members to take time off to relax and recharge; plus 13 paid holidays, paid sick leave, and paid parental leave

💙 Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family, plus a company funded FSA & HSA (dependent on which medical plan you choose)
