Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.
We are building a compliant, scalable de-identified EHR data platform to support real-world evidence initiatives and research.
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead execution of our initial data offering and establish the foundation to scale. This role partners closely with Corporate Strategy, Data Modeling, Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy to deliver a defensible, commercially viable data product.
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of healthcare data, compliance, AI, and platform development.
As Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of our de-identified healthcare data platform, beginning with the launch and building the foundation for scalable growth. You will translate corporate strategy into a clear product roadmap and drive structured delivery across data ingestion, normalization, de-identification, modeling, and compliant distribution.
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Modelers, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and Corporate Strategy, you will ensure the platform is commercially viable, technically scalable, and compliant by design. This role requires an AI-first mindset — leveraging AI to accelerate data mapping, quality validation, documentation, and internal workflows, while embedding automation and intelligence into the platform itself.
You will be accountable for delivering a repeatable, audit-ready data product that supports research use cases while protecting trust and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the de-identified data platform, from ingestion and normalization through de-identification, modeling, and delivery
Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy and commercialization goals
Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, documentation, and execution plans
Partner with Engineering and Data teams to prioritize and deliver scalable, high-quality platform capabilities
Collaborate with Data Modelers to design normalized, extensible data structures that support real-world evidence use cases
Establish data quality standards, validation frameworks, and certification checkpoints
Operationalize data rights and compliance workflows in partnership with Legal and Privacy teams
Apply AI tools to improve product development velocity, enhance data mapping and validation workflows, and elevate documentation standards
Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven automation into core platform capabilities
Drive cross-functional alignment across Strategy, Data, Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders
Support onboarding of external partners through structured delivery processes, documentation, and defined SLAs
Qualifications
5–8+ years of product management experience
Experience building data platforms, APIs, or structured data products
Experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, or other regulated datasets)
Strong understanding of data modeling principles
Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve product development and execution velocity
Experience partnering with Legal, Privacy, or Compliance stakeholders
Strong written communication and structured thinking skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy Rules or de-identification frameworks
Experience launching 0→1 data products
Why Join Us?
Build a data platform that enables real-world impact in healthcare research
Work at the intersection of AI, compliance, and scalable data architecture
