About the Role
As Attentive expands its role as a critical omnichannel CRM in the modern marketing technology stack, our integrations with strategic technology partners must evolve accordingly. This role sits at the center of that evolution — helping execute Attentive's strategic bets across key technology ecosystems as we win with international enterprise e-commerce brands and expand into new verticals.
As the Product Manager for 3rd Party Integrations on our Data Platform, you'll drive execution across Attentive's portfolio of integrations with platforms like Shopify and Salesforce. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering, you'll improve existing integrations and build new ones to proactively meet customer demand — and grow into shaping the strategy behind them.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Own the full product lifecycle for new integration capabilities — from concept and beta to general availability, adoption, and customer proof points.
- Develop deep customer empathy by owning the feedback loop on existing integrations — working through support tickets and feature requests to diagnose root causes, prioritize fixes, and champion the customer voice in roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve how strategic integrations are positioned, adopted, and operationalized during onboarding and account servicing.
- Contribute to building agentic tooling that increases Attentive's velocity in delivering new integration capabilities and responding to customer demand.
- Help establish Attentive's market position as a leader in data platform connectivity by driving adoption, measurable business outcomes, and compelling partner and customer case studies.
- Develop your product craft in a high-growth environment, working alongside senior PMs and cross-functional leaders who will invest in your growth.
Your Expertise
- You have 2+ years of product management experience, ideally on platform products, integrations, partner ecosystems, APIs, or data infrastructure in a SaaS environment.
- You've shipped products that required strong cross-functional coordination across technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams — and you know how to keep those workstreams moving.
- You're energized by ambiguous, strategic problem spaces and are developing your ability to turn them into clear product bets, roadmaps, and adoption plans.
- You can engage deeply with technical concepts like APIs, data models, event flows, and system interoperability, while translating them into simple customer value propositions.
- You're collaborative by default and are building your ability to influence across Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- You're outcomes-oriented and already thinking about success in terms of adoption, business impact, and retention — not just shipping features.
- You communicate clearly and are developing the credibility to represent product thinking with both partners and internal stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in martech, e-commerce, CRM, CDP, or adjacent ecosystems — or prior exposure to working alongside strategic technology partners.
You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
