Summary
We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Manager experienced in B2B financial products. You'll own deposit product initiatives tailored for business and government banking segments, collaborating extensively with clients, cross-functional stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and bring compelling products to market. This will be a hybrid role associated with our Corporate Office in Arlington, MA.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand client and stakeholder needs in business and government banking segments through research, client interviews, and analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external clients, understanding their workflows, priorities, and pain points.
  • Develop a clear product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for deposit products.
  • Translate use cases into business requirement documents and work with engineering to develop solutions.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including opportunity validation, design, development, launch, and training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, compliance, marketing, technology, and operations teams to effectively develop, launch, and manage products.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, market research, and performance monitoring to continuously refine product offerings.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure performance and ROI of products.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder expectations effectively, aligning diverse groups towards a unified vision and execution plan.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of banking operations, products, and compliance requirements
  • Experience implementing technology solutions in regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with core banking systems and financial technology infrastructure.
  • Experience working with large organizations and complex sales.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
