Ready to be a Titan? 

We are seeking a Product Manager – App Marketplace Tools with 5+ years of experience to drive the development, optimization, and expansion of our Marketplace tools and partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the Marketplace Admin Tool, Partner Hub, and integration frameworks, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and customers.

This impactful role requires proactive leadership and the ability to independently drive large, cross-functional product initiatives. It is a critical role that will underpin our efforts to delight our eco system partners. 

What you'll do:
  • Marketplace Tools & Execution: Define and drive the vision and roadmap for the Marketplace Admin Tool, Partner Hub, and integration frameworks, ensuring streamlined partner management, app certification, onboarding, and governance while enhancing adoption and monetization.

  • Partner Experience & Onboarding: Optimize end-to-end partner workflows, enhance self-service tools, and establish governance policies to ensure compliance and seamless integration.

  • Product Development & UX: Develop PRDs, use cases, and user stories, Jira stories, collaborate on UX design, and work closely with engineering to build, refine, and enhance marketplace features.

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Define and develop analytics to measure partner engagement, app adoption, and key metrics, track KPIs to assess success, optimize workflows, and improve retention.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Create GTM plans and supporting materials to drive marketplace adoption and partner success.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Legal to bring features and concepts from ideation through design, development, and launch.

What you'll need: 
  • 5+ years experience in a product management role preferably in B2B SaaS with a strong track record of shipping new products and features. Out of which, 2+ years in  product management experience, preferably in App marketplaces and partner ecosystems.

  • Good understanding of app marketplaces, partner integrations, and monetization models.

  • Experience working with B2B ecosystems, APIs, and third-party developer tools.

  • Strong experience developing front end applications with good user experiences. 

  • Persuasive communicator who can effectively communicate with different work styles to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to rapidly gain a deep understanding of the problem space, and craft a compelling product vision and roadmap for all audiences.

  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams across engineering, customer success, go-to-market, and external partners.

  • Self-motivation, a goal-oriented focus, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines

  • Demonstrates professionalism, positive attitude, proactivity, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and influence.

  • Jira experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing B2B or SaaS app marketplaces.

  • Prior experience in partner management, certification programs, or developer relations and front end apps with good user experiences. 

  • Experience working with third-party integrations and App marketplaces.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, partner portals, and developer onboarding tools.

  • Understanding of APIs 

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $113,100 USD - $151,300 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
