How you will make an impact:

As part of our Product Team, you will work closely and cross-functionally with leaders across the company and some of the biggest and most well-known brands in the world to take our world-class messaging products to the next level. One of our product’s superpowers is the scale at which it operates, allowing customers to interact with billions of consumers at high performance. 

As the Product Manager for Insights & Analytics, you will be part of our Messaging product team and responsible for defining the roadmap and driving end-to-end execution (in partnership with cross-functional teams) of Data Insights & Analysis experiences within the Iterable platform. These experiences will ensure growth marketers can drive and report on the ROI of their marketing efforts, understand campaign performance, and optimize for individualized experiences based on customer behavior, ultimately leading to increased engagement and brand loyalty of their end users. 

The Product Team works closely with our Design and Engineering Teams and lives by user empathy daily. You will work with our internal teams and directly with our customers to help define and prioritize product features that have a high impact on Iterable's business. You are technical and analytical, yet are passionate about delivering an awesome UX and what makes a good data visualization. You have successfully launched products in the past. You are passionate about helping companies, both Iterable and our customers, grow. In this role, you’ll report to the Group PM, Messaging.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Solve challenging, fun and rewarding problems related to rolling up actionable insights and useful data for analysis
  • Make an huge impact on day-to-day efficiency of growth marketers using Iterable
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and other PMs to develop and ship new data products
  • Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
  • Generate and prioritize the product backlog for the Analytics scrum
  • Create customer adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement with the features you ship
  • Engage with customers regularly (e.g. user testing, discovery, research, roadmap sharing, etc.)
  • Partner closely with your engineering team to launch impactful projects

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience working on a SaaS product, B2B2C preferred, B2B at a minimum
  • Hands-on experience using data technologies like Snowflake and Data Bricks
  • Thrive on solving complex technical problems and partnering cross-functionally to translate stakeholder needs into product architecture
  • Strong proficient with SQL and BI tools
  • Strong analytical skills, and understand data visualization 
  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product requirements, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Experience working with Data Architects and engineers (BE, FE, DS, ML)
  • Experienced working with agile Engineering teams and tools like Jira 
  • Strategic thinker who combines business acumen and technical know-how to drive decisions
  • Collaborative team player

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $107,000 - $175,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
